australia:

to only spend 5 weeks in australia was very naive so i changed my flights so i could spend 5 months in australia and pick up a short term computer job

the plan is to travel from cairns in the north, down the eastern coast to melbourne in the south. i've given myself about 5 weeks to make the journey. i may need longer as australia is bloody massive. because i'll be traveling so much in oz, there is little chance of picking up any seasonal work. so i'm planning to busk in the cities. hopefully my juggling will help boost the kitty a little.

things not to miss
ayers rock or uluru (i'm not sure which one is now deemed politically incorrect). it miles out the way of my planned trip, but it seems daft to go all the way to the other side of the world and miss out the big red rock!
